By using this site and by purchasing products or services you agree to abide by all terms and policies contained herein.

Robby Robinson (Black Prince Productions) or operators of this web site will not be liable for delays or other delivery issues outside of our control such as:
- Incorrect address entered by the purchaser. Complete and correct address must be entered in the form at time of purchase. PayPal addresses are not used.
- Carrier-related errors or problems including, but not limited to, mis-delivery, lost shipments, damage, etc.

Clothing: All custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Clothing that has been washed or otherwise altered from it's original condition are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Books/Posters/Pictures: Any item altered from its original form is not eligible for return or refund. This includes autographed materials. Any item(s) found to be damaged or otherwise not fit for resale will not be refunded.
Electronic products: All sales of digital/downloaded products are final. No returns or refunds will be issued. Any problems with downloaded items should contact support@robbyrobinson.net.
Supplements & Cosmetics: All sales of supplements and/or cosmetic products are final. The buyer assumes all liability. Any statements regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. All products for sale are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Consultations and Classes: All sales are final upon completion of the engagement. No refunds will be issued.
Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
