About Robby Robinson
Robby Robinson (a.k.a. The Black Prince, Mr. Lifestyle) is old-school bodybuilding through and through. As one of the most dedicated members to the sport, Robby competed in over 300 amateur bodybuilding competitions before entering the pro circuit.
He was the first ever Masters Mr. Olympia and the first black man featured on muscle magazines. Constantly outspoken in bodybuilding over racism and unfairness in the sport, Robby has stood up numerous times for what he believes in. Although courageous, this stance eventually landed him a double-lifetime ban from the IFBB, and subsequent retirement.
He’s one of the greatest competitors in the sport, and even though he no longer competes, he’s never stopped training and staying on the verge of competition shape even into his 70s.
